Mr. Jiang has worked with blockchain and digital-infrastructure ventures since 2016 and has invested in data-center projects with substantial aggregate capacity. He holds a degree in Industrial Automation from Wuxi Radio and Television University.
Dr. Cao is a professor of finance at Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and has extensive experience in finance, fintech, research and institutional leadership. He received his PhD in Finance from Boston College.
Ms. Yeung has more than ten years of accounting, financial reporting and corporate-finance experience, including responsibility for budgeting, internal controls and audit support. She holds a Bachelor of Finance from Florida International University.
Mr. Li has more than seventeen years of experience across investment banking, wealth management and capital-markets services. He holds postgraduate degrees in information technology and business information systems.
